Clos Figueres tinto heeft 16 maanden gerijpt op Frans eiken. 
Complexe, krachtige rode wijn. Rijp fruit, een vleugje kruiden, "roasted tones", rijpe tannines en een aangename afdronk.
Uitstekende combinatie met rundvlees, lam, stoofschotels, wild, ossehaas, geroosterd/gegrild vlees, jamon en harde kazen.
Op dronk, maar kan zich tenminste tot 2024 nog verder ontwikkelen.
De optimale drinktemperatuur voor Clos Figueres tinto is 16°C.

"The nose of the 2016 Clos Figueres transports me to the Priorats from the turn of the century, with those aromas of wet slate and graphite. It's earthy and rustic, with abundant, dusty tannins and a full-bodied palate with ripe fruit flavors. It finishes dry and with abundant tannins."
