Espelt Saulo Joven is een volle, jonge rode wijn. Rijp fruit, een vleugje kruiden, balsamico, subtiele tannines en een aangename afdronk.
Uitstekende combinatie met rundvlees, lam, stoofschotels, wild, ossehaas, geroosterd/gegrild vlees, jamon en harde kazen. 
Nu op dronk. De optimale drinktemperatuur voor Espelt Saulo Joven is 16°C.  

Red with violet tones. Surprising on the nose with notes of small red fruits, spices, toasty notes and peat. Well structured, enveloping and lasting in the mouth, where the aromas found in the nose return. We envisage that it will develop favourably over the next 2-3 years.
