Mas Polit Negre is een evenwichtige rode wijn. Rijp fruit, mineralen, vanille, zoethout, subtiele tannines en een aangename afdronk.
Uitstekende combinatie met rundvlees, lam, stoofschotels, wild, ossehaas, geroosterd/gegrild vlees, jamon en harde kazen. 
De optimale drinktemperatuur voor Mas Polit Negre is 16°C.  

TASTING NOTE:
Color purple cherry very intense. Of medium intensity colour. Clean and bright.
In the nose it is intense, with aromas of confectionery and vanilla. A good balance between both parts: one of freshness and the other more mature.
In the mouth it has good body and fruit with powerful, balanced tannins. Finishes with a mineral sensation, leaving a persistent and pleasant aftertaste.
