Pas Curtei heeft 14 maanden houtrijping gehad op 3 jaar oud Frans eiken. 
Pas Curtei is een aromatische, goed gestructureerde rode wijn. Rijp fruit, een vleugje kruiden, mineralen, tabak, aardse tonen en een goede afdronk.
Uitstekende combinatie met rundvlees, lam, stoofschotels, kip, en diverse kazen.
Nu op dronk, maar kan zich tot 2022 nog verder ontwikkelen.
De optimale drinktemperatuur voor Pas Curtei is 17°C.

"The 2016 Pas Curtei shows quite ripe, reflecting a very warm and dry growing season. There are notes of plums, black cherries, some spices and an earthy touch, with some notes of peat and smoke. The palate is round and lush, with a plush texture, fine tannins and moderate acidity. 9,000 bottles produced."
