Succes Experiencia Parellada is een 100% Parellada wijn met aroma's van rijp wit fruit, kruiden, mineralen, bloemen, heeft mooie zuren en een aangename afdronk.

Uitstekende combinatie met vis, speciaal in combinatie met rijst, asperges en schelpdieren. Kan het beste geserveerd worden op 8-10°C.

" The 2014 Experiència Parellada is a young, unoaked white produced with Parellada, one of the classical grapes for Cava, a pale and fruit-driven wine with a nose of apples and pears and some funk, in a sort of 'natural' way. Perhaps it's that the wine macerated with the skins and got some extra aromas and a little oxidative character, like bruised apples. Ironically in the palate it's fresh and light and it will go well with light food. Rather unusual. 5,300 bottles produced.."
