Nose: Evocative of the floral tones , this wine presents a delicate almondy salty fresh flavour.
Palate: tangy with a refreshing finish and softness which makes it delightfully easy to drink.

Perfect as a chilled aperitif with tapas, shellfish, fish, cheese, olives- snacks, hors d`oeuvere and salads. It is one of the rare wines which will happily partner dishes containing vinegar.
