"The 2018 Finca Olivardots Groc d'Àmfora is a blend of 45% Garnacha Blanca, 30% Garnacha Rosada and 25% Macabeo from 80-year-old vines on sandy granite soils. It fermented with dry yeasts in 700- and 1,000-liter terracotta amphorae, where the wine matured with the lees that were periodically stirred for four months. It's an herbal, serious and expressive white with dusty minerality and a vibrant palate where the mouthfeel resembles licking stones, with a pleasant bitter twist in the finish. Amazing value. 14,000 bottles produced."
