''The NV Manzanilla La Gitana is a fresh Manzanilla aged under flor for five years of pale gold color, has some bruised apple notes on the nose, typical of younger wines. It develops some citric and chalky notes with time and air. The palate is quite soft, medium-bodied, with a bitter touch in the end.''
