Trossos Tros Negre heeft 11 maanden houtrijping gehad op Frans eiken. 
Trossos Tros tinto is een gebalanceerde expressieve rode wijn. Fruit, cacao, zoet specerijen, balsamico, mineralen,geroosterde noten, rijpe tannines en een prachtige afdronk.
Goede combinatie met hert, wild, haas en rund.
Nu op dronk, maar kan zich tot en met 2021 nog verder ontwikkelen.
De optimale drinktemperatuur voor Trossos Tros tinto is 17°C.

"The house white is the 2016 Abracadabra, a fresh blend of Garnacha Blanca with Macabeo that, despite having fermented in barrel, has a fruit-driven personality with some citrus notes intermixed with aromas of ripe apples and pears. The palate showed more spiciness and made it quite tasty and easy to understand. The house style is quite approachable. 2,500 bottles were filled in May 2017."
