Blanc dels Aspres is een wijn uit Emporda

Dels Aspres blanco is gerijpt op Frans Allier.
Een aangename complexe witte wijn. Ananas, grapefruit, mineralen, venkel en een vleugje honing en een spoortje mint. Optimale zuurgraad en een aangename lange afdronk. 
Uitstekende combinatie met rijstmaaltijden, gegrilde vis, gerookte zalm, paella, kip, wit vlees, gevogelte en tapas.
Dels Aspres blanco kan het beste geserveerd worden bij 12°- 13°C.

Tasting note
Visually it is a pale straw yellow, with a slight greenish reexes and brilliant. The aromatic sequence is layered and elegant. To begin it shows some notes of very refreshing menthol to follow with herb of the canons, fennel, fresh pineapple and lemon skin. On the background there is a rosemary honey touch. In the palate it is creamy, moderately citric, fair and lively. Pleasant and subtle latic feelings together with peach conture and butter cookie. Clear ending and medium persistence.
