Uitstekende combinatie met rood vlees, wild, boeuf bourguignon, paté, jamón en harde kazen.
Nu op dronk, maar kan zich tot 2016 nog verder ontwikkelen.
De optimale drinktemperatuur voor L Aube Seleccio de Vinyes Velles is 16°C.

"I found better freshness and more contained ripeness in the 2013 Iugiter Selecció de Vinyes Velles. It's still quite oaky and spicy and has some dusty tannins and a rustic touch. In this cooler vintage, it is a blend with a little more Cariñena (75%) and 25% Garnacha. Only 1,900 bottles were filled in July 2015."
